Item Description
Purchase a gift card** for a friend or family member to use for any yoga class, package, retail purchase or special event!
To redeem your gift card using the Zen Planner Member Application* on your smart phone or table and follow the instructions below. Otherwise, contact the studio and a member of the team will help you redeem your gift card.
1. Login into the ZP member app
2. Select membership for purchase (i.e. 5-pack or other membership) --> click next --> then select the "YES, PROCESS" button
2. At the payment screen:
---> FIRST - enter gift card code and CLICK REDEEM first! WHY? Because it will apply the gift card balance first, otherwise if you click PAY NOW it will charge the entire amount to the card on file
---> SECOND - then for any remaining balance CLICK PAY NOW or ADD PAYMENT METHOD and then PAY NOW
*Note: Gift cards may only be redeemed through the member app or with the help of a studio employee, they can NOT be redeemed via member connect through a web browser.
**All gift cards expire one year from the day of purchase**
